  • Stabilize blood pressure

  • A research study shows that those who regularly consume green tea appear to have lower blood pressure levels and are controlled than those who rarely consume green tea. Nevertheless, the results of this study still need to be confirmed with further research.
What must be considered is that not only one food or drink can protect a person from disease. Although we get the benefits of green tea by drinking it every day, everything will be in vain if our lifestyle remains bad. Therefore, do not depend entirely on one type of health intake, but still pay attention to eating patterns, regular exercise, adequate sleep, and manage your stress levels properly.
